One of the easiest methods of divination is the pendulum. Pendulums are not only fun, but they are accurate. My Pendulum does not know how to spell. Probably too much Facebook time. It says things like “BRB” “LOL” “LMAO” “UR in stead of “You are or your” Don't be at all surprised if you get a lot of shorthand! A pendulum can be made from anything. A ring on a string, a needle on a thread, a necklace, or anything that will hand. Ideally your thread or string should be no more than 8 inches long. I prefer using a “man made” pendulum. Today there are so many types of material that it is fun to pick one out that you are drawn to. I have a crystal with a chakra bracelet that is the “chain” that it hangs on. The most interesting part of this crystal is that the tip broke off and it still is very accurate. The first thing to do with your pendulum, or “dowser” is to determine how it responds to you. Holding the “chain” in your right hand, even if you are left handed, between the thumb and forefinger and placing your left hand palm up under the pendulum about 1” above the palm and ask it to indicate yes. It may move in a circle, or a straight line, be patient, do not expect the pendulum to move right away, it may take a few seconds. Ask your pendulum to stop. Be patient. Next ask your pendulum to indicate no. Again be patient. It will again move in a circle or straight line. Now we can say that your pendulum is “charged”. With a pendulum board, you will of course be able to get more answers that you could with just your hand. Give it a try and remember not to give up! Like any thing else, it takes time to perfect this new skill.
