• We will credit your account in STAR GODDESS credits for the equivalent of up to 5 minutes for the reading in question. Credit requests are limited to one unsatisfactory call. Do not call that reader again if you are unhappy with their reading. You will know within 5 minutes if the reader is the right one for you, or not.
• Our credit offer is valid once per reader and does not apply to readings with readers for whom you have received any credit in the past.
• All account credits are issued in STAR GODDESS credits. No cash refunds.
• For us to issue a credit to your member account, you must have an account that is in good standing.
